This hotel is a gem! My stay was delightful, with an exceptionally friendly staff that made me feel welcomed. The room was clean, and each morning, I reveled in a hearty breakfast with plenty of options. A charming touch? They served hot pastries right at the table! A memorable and enjoyable experience, indeed.

Elevators are sluggish, making access frustrating!!! Additionally, noise from nearby rooms was disruptive, hindering a peaceful stay!!! Updating room decor could enhance overall guest experience!!!

I loved the overall cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Beachwood. The friendly staff made me feel welcomed, and the easy access to the lobby and dining areas was very convenient for someone like me enjoying retirement.

Shower noise was surprisingly loud during my stay.

The stay at Hampton Inn was quite enjoyable overall. The room felt spacious and super clean, with a comfy king bed. The convenience of having a water station and coffee available in the lobby, 24/7, made the experience even better. Breakfast offered a nice selection, from fresh fruit to made-to-order waffles, which I loved. However, during my three-night stay, the maid service was only offered every other day. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and bags for the trash daily, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the shower had annoying noise that could be distracting, especially early in the morning. Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable place to relax, but improvements in housekeeping would enhance the experience further.

I stayed for a night with my partner and we had a cozy king room. The staff was super friendly, and the room was spotless with a really comfy bed. Breakfast was definitely a highlight—lots of options! Just found some crumbs on the floor, so a bit more cleaning would’ve been nice.

The shower pressure felt disappointing, hardly suitable for rinsing off efficiently. Breakfast was chaotic. a gaggle of unsupervised kids running amok through the food line created an unsanitary scene, which felt like an oversight by both staff and parents. To top it off, construction noise from the floor above could be heard early in the morning and well into the evening, making it challenging to think let alone relax.

The room was cozy with a super comfy bed, and we loved the 24/7 coffee station in the lobby that kept us fueled. We really enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the leisure room for some downtime. The only downside was having a little trouble with the Wi-Fi, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊
